On a picture perfect day, 7 souls were baptized into the Victory Seventh Day Adventist Church, immediately following church services. The Baptism was conducted at the Hampton Inn pool in South Hill, Pastor Herb Broeckel was officiating and Elder Richard Vaughn assisted.
